PeakMacros provides nutrition and meal logging tools for personal use. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, the security of your account, and any activity that occurs under your sign-in.

PeakMacros is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, dietitian, or other qualified professional. Nutrition targets, weight trends, and product suggestions are informational only.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have a history of disordered eating, or need treatment guidance, talk to a qualified professional before relying on the service.

You keep ownership of the information, meal logs, custom foods, and profile details you submit. You give PeakMacros permission to store and process that information so the service works as intended.

We may suspend or remove access if the service is abused, used unlawfully, or creates security or operational risk.

PeakMacros is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may change, improve, or be removed over time, especially while the product is in beta.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or that all food and nutrition data will always be complete or accurate.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PeakMacros is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

If liability cannot be fully excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 USD if you paid nothing.
